1.1 Problem Statement

As is known to all, antibiotics are drugs used for infections caused by bacteria, and antibiotics have saved countless lives since the World WarⅡ.However, misuse and overuse of the drugs have contribute to a phenomenon known as antibiotic resistance. It means that bacteria have evolved to withstand antibiotics. To fight with these new type of bacteria which is also known as superbug, scientists have to study new antibiotics. As a consequence, the fight between the human and the bacteria will fall into a vicious circle, and more and more antibiotics will lose their curative effect on bacteria.

The only way to prevent the disastrous consequence is to slow down the spread of antibiotics, and reduce the use of antibiotics unless it is necessary.A big block on our way to limit the use of antibiotics is the unawareness of doctors and farmers. In order to seek the best benefit,a majority of them use the antibiotics unlimitedly, regardless of the damage and the potential crisis. So our team will develop a better understanding of the factors involved with antibiotic resistance crisis.First of all,we will develop a dynamic interest chain to illustrate the component of people who motivate the antibiotic spreading. What's more,we shall predict the tendency of the crisis. So that people will have a better knowledge of the potential danger what the crisis would bring about.Of course, some feasible suggestions will be put forward to limit the use of antibiotics.
