1.2　Related Work

In recent years,there has been more and more concerns on the abuse of the antibiotics and the potential crisis it would cause.The FDA(Food and Drug Administration)has pay a lot of attention on the problem and has released many reports about combating antibiotic resistance.And in China,CFDA set up a series of regulations to manage the antibiotic market in 2004.For example,the retail drugstore can only sell the prescription medicine when it get the specific certification.

Many works have done to evaluate the danger of antibiotics abuse.According to the statistics,in China,the patients who use antibiotic drugs when in the hospital account for about 58%.The data has been far above the world standard 30%.The main curse for the result may be the unreasonable clinical use,the wrong choose of drugs and the lax control of preventive medicine.Despite these results,we have to further the evaluation models,and give some feasible suggestions to the ICM-FDA.
