•Strengths
In this paper,we adopt the profile of the various parts of the interest chain for the abuse of antibiotics as their sensitivity to the interest chain.We use the linear correlation matrix to determine the degree of correlation between the various factors,and use quantify the data processing system to make the nonquantitative data quantified.
•Weaknesses
In this paper,we emphasize the theory and model and lake large amounts of data support.What's more,in this paper,many ideal assumptions are made,and many perturbations are neglected.In practice,errors may occur often.

该论文采用滥用抗生素利益链的每个部分的获利情况作为对整条利益链响应的灵敏度,可以清晰地表示利益链各部分对整个利益链的响应情况。并且建立了线性相关矩阵来表征不同影响因子之间的相关度,依据供给和需求的因素变化,又建立了利益链各节点获利动态变化模型。该模型的可调整性较高,有利于扩大该模型的适用面和应用范围。
该论文抓住了问题的本质,模型简洁,普适性强,篇幅简洁,不失为一篇非常优秀的论文。
获得特等奖(Outstanding Winner)看来意料之外,又实在情理之中。
