Smart growth is a city's growth plan that covers a range of development and conservation strategies that make the city a more convenient and comfortable place to live.Generally,according to the Smart Growth Network,the smart growth comply with 10 principles.

And we will establish a metric to help measure the success of smart growth of a city,as well as develop a growth plan using the 10 principles of smart growth.
