［Abstract］Education has very important meanings for the people with disabilities.The people with disabilities can raise their Quality，grasp a technique，and enrich themselves physically and spiritually.At the same time their disabilities can also be improved by education.The working group of the survey designed the questionnaires for the social public and people with disabilities respectively.The survey was taken in some common universities， special collages of the common university，special schools，communities and also institutions for disabled persons.The areas for the survey include Beijing，Liaoning Province，Shandong Province，Henan Province and Hubei Province etc.The following ups and individual surveys were also be taken according to the problems found in the questionnaires.Many issues have been found during the survey，including discrimination type during their education period，the course of the discrimination and their preferred relieve methods.Furthermore，we also knew the attitude towards the people with disabilities during the survey，on the basis of that，we proposed suggestions for the education for the disabled persons.The suggestion include various kinds of contents，including realizing the function of the general public in fighting against the discrimination to the education of the people with disabilities，strengthening the lawful awareness of the people with disabilities and raising their capability of right protection.The relieve measures should also be improved at the same time.The government should be the mainstream in solving the education issues for the people with disabilities and improve the legislations protection system for the education of people with disabilities.
