大学生创新基地指导创新创业教育的有效途径探索

摘要 面对当前号召“大众创业、万众创新”助力全面深化改革的形势，通过问卷调研、院系走访、科技竞赛成绩分析等方法调研，发现同济大学院系大学生创新基地指导创新创业教育存在总体发展趋势向好，各院系发展不平均，满意度和支持力度有待进一步加强的现状。本文通过归纳总结打造面向全体教育平台，孵化培养优质项目人才，深度整合学院内外资源和大力推动学科交叉融合的有效途径，以及优化培训，加强资源配套和完善管理制度的保障措施，为各院系创新基地开展相关工作提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract Faced with the current call for“Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”，the author makes the analysis through surveys，colleges visited，science and technology competition achievements analysis and other research methods.The overall trend of guidance from College Students Innovation Platforms in Tongji University is promising.However，the development of different individual colleges is not even.The satisfaction and support need to be further strengthened.This paper contributes an effective way to integrate all kinds of internal and external resources and vigorously promote interdisciplinary integration by incubating and training high-quality project personnel for all education platforms.This paper also summarizes the guarantee measures for optimizing training，strengthening resource matching and perfecting management system，providing College Students Innovation Platforms with some reference to carry out relevant work.

我国目前正处于上升阶段的重要转型机遇期，保增长、稳就业依然是治国安邦的首要目标，对此习近平同志提出了实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标，实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦，必须坚持走中国特色自主创新道路。2015年全国两会，李克强总理在政府工作报告中也指出要把“大众创业、万众创新”打造成推动中国经济继续前行的“双引擎”之一。开展大学生创新创业教育是高等教育的重要任务，也是高校对人才培养、科技研究、社会服务和文化传承创新四大职能的落实和践行。高校校院两级大学生创新基地作为服务大学生成长成才的基础组织，需要尊重并服务青年学生合理的利益诉求，科学合理制定制度，开展活动助力大学生创新创业训练及创业实践，为广大青年学生的创新创业提供切实有效的指导和帮助。
