基于创新驱动的高校人才培养模式研究[1]——以厦门大学为例

摘要 创新创业教育是高校面向未来提升人才培养质量、增强社会服务能力的重要路径。选取创新创业教育开展较为深入的厦门大学作为典型案例进行分析，发现厦门大学主要通过提供实践平台、设立“双创”学分、开展改革试点等方式开展创新创业教育，探索建立以“一体四翼”“两台建设”“三个倒逼”“四轮驱动”为主体的运行机制，在“双创”教学、学生能力培养、辐射地方等方面均取得良好成效，对我国其他高校开展创新创业教育具有一定借鉴意义。
Abstract Innovation and entrepreneurship education act as an important path for universities to enhance the quality of talent-cultivating and social services for the future.Taking Xiamen University as a typical example，this paper discovers that Xiamen University practices education of innovation and entrepreneurship mainly by providing practice platforms，setting up“innovation and entrepreneurship”credits and carrying out pilot reforms.It explores and establishes a mechanism based on“One body with four wings”“Two-platform development”“Three bottom-up”and“Four impetuses” models，achieving effective outcomes in innovation and entrepreneurship teaching，students'abilities fostering and regions covering.The application has certain reference significance for other universities to develop the innovation and entrepreneurship education.

2015年10月20日，刘延东副总理在《深入推进创新创业教育改革，培养大众创业万众创新生力军》的讲话中指出：“深入推进高校创新创业教育改革，事关高等教育改革发展，事关国家全局和民族未来[1]。加快推动高等教育改革发展，推动高校毕业生更高质量创业就业，迫切需要深入推进创新创业教育的改革。”实施创新创业教育、加强创业精神和创业能力人才培养，既是优化人力资源配置、缓解社会就业压力、促进社会经济发展的重要手段，又是建设创新型国家背景下深化高等教育改革的迫切要求。
随着创新创业教育在全国高校的不断推进，创新创业教育组织模式、运行机制等问题也逐渐被管理者和研究者所重视。选择怎样的组织模式、如何开展有效的运行和管理，真正激发师生创新创业活力，成为摆在高校教育管理者面前的一个重要课题。选取创新创业教育实践较为丰富的厦门大学作为实证研究对象，全面了解该校创新创业教育的组织模式、运行机制及其成效，以期对我国其他高校开展创新创业教育有所启示。
