7.What is the relationship between the two speakers?
A.Friends. B.Neighbors.
C.Colleagues. D.Client and agent.
8.Which of the following statements is TRUE according to the conversation you have heard?
A.There is a separate garden for this apartment upstairs.
B.In auction a person can buy articles at the lowest prices.
C.The man decides to rent another apartment downtown at last.
D.Some furniture and appliances are provided in the apartment.
It’s where the person who offers the highest price buys the article. But a few blocks downtown would be much more expensive.
