熟悉场景
职场工作场景涉及的考点主要有面试、新员工上班、办公室等。
（1）面试场景
场景人物：聘方和应聘者
场景涉及内容：
对某种工作的态度和评价，应聘某工作的条件，教育背景、特长等。
要写申请信，如何办理入职相关手续。
聘方一般会介绍工作的性质、工资待遇、工作环境以及上下班时间，早班还是晚班。
面试前了解所应聘的职位，应聘者要充满自信，着装要整洁，提前到，不紧张等。
场景词汇：waiter；salary；wage；physical endurance；pre-career training；stipend；bonus等。
（2）新员工上班场景
场景人物：聘方和应聘者
场景涉及内容：
准备好齐全的办公用品，整齐的办公桌、干净的电脑、必备的文具等。
带领新员工熟悉工作环境，老板办公室在哪儿？部门经理办公室在哪儿？工作中有交集的其他部门办公区域在哪儿？甚至卫生间在哪儿？休息区在哪儿？
第一次上班后与上司谈话，问新员工的看法。
场景词汇：lunch time；coffee break；serve customers；keep an eye on stock；challenging等。
（3）办公室场景
场景人物：聘方和应聘者
场景涉及内容：
工作又累又枯燥，上司不好对付。老板讨厌迟到，员工总是迟到。
关于文件，收发邮件，上交报告等。
小组讨论，年度计划，培训课程等。
使用办公室设备，电脑、打印机等。
场景词汇：copier；share the office space；work with the computer；make a phone call等。
答题技巧
（1）熟悉职场工作场景词汇。英语是模式化的语言，固定场景只会用固定词汇，分场景总结记忆场景词汇能够有效提高听力效率。
（2）判断话题与场景。职场工作场景性很强，一般在长对话中，第一轮对话往往引出工作场景的话题，很可能是对话的主题所在，也是回答主旨、话题以及场景题的依据所在。
（3）把握做题的节奏。做题的节奏在听力中比在其他部分要重要得多，每一项提问的时间间隔都是相同的。做到答题的节奏与提问的节奏相一致，一旦答题的节奏落后了，就会手忙脚乱，出错的概率会大大增加。
（4）注意选项中的同义表达。正确选项往往与原文相似，或是原文的同义表达，因此考生应注意提取选项中的关键点，在听时留意其是否与原文意思相同并加以记录。
