解决方法型作文一般需要考生描述提纲中所反映的问题，说明问题的危害和解决问题的必要性，然后针对该问题提出应对策略或解决方法，此类题目的写作思路是：
1.问题现状
2.怎样解决（解决方案的优缺点）

1.写作思路
第一段：提出问题
主题句：概括地提出问题
扩展句一：指出问题的重要性或危害。
扩展句二：进一步阐述问题的重要性或危害。
第二段：说明方法
主题句：引出问题的解决方法或决定因素。
扩展句一：说明第一点解决方法。
扩展句二：说明第二点解决方法。
扩展句三：说明第三点解决方法。
第三段：总结评述
主题句：引出作者对该问题或解决方法的观点或选择。
扩展句：具体阐述观点或选择依据。
结尾句：作出总结或提出建议。
2.写作模本举例
Currently，there is a widespread concern over（the issue that）（作文题目中的问题）.It is really an important concern to every one of us.Besides/Additionally，（进一步阐述问题的重要性及危害）.As a result，we must spare no efforts to take some measures to solve this problem.

1 Silence Is Not Always Gold
Nowadays there are still many people who take“Silence is gold”as a doctrine.They believe silence shows one's intelligence and inner beauty，and can reduce the possibility of getting involved in troubles.However，indeed，in many cases，silence is not gold，especially in modern society.The following reasons can support this argument.
Undoubtedly，when our lawful rights and interests are offended，we should not keep silence.At that time，what we should do is to open our mouth to protect ourselves.Moreover，under the increasingly fierce social competition，everyone must learn to show himself.If you always wait in the silence，the chances will not come to you automatically.In addition，in face of the immoral and illegal behaviors，your silence is timidity and selfishness.

2 On Food Safety Issues
While it is true that there is a decline in the number of cases relating to adulteratedfoods and substandard foods，the safety of food remains a serious problem in this industry.Food-borne diseases are largely responsible for high levels of sickness and mortality in the general public，particularly for infants，children，and the elderly.
There are various reasons for this heart-breaking fact.In my opinion，the responsibility goes for the most part to the food producers，especially those who fail to meet safety standards.In order to make the most profit，some food producers may even intentionally use such chemicals as pesticides，animal drugs，etc.during manufacturing and processing just to make food look or taste good.At the same time，the government departments responsible for quality control fail to fulfill their duties，which makes the danger flow into the market.Besides，the media actually cheat the customers in their deliberate efforts to advertise the problematic food.
To make sure the food we eat is safe，the supervision of food production should be highly responsible.What's more，it is important for the government to drastically increase legal penalties on those who neglect food safety regulations.Nevertheless，the general public should be more aware that a healthy life relies on the safety of food.
