4 富氢低氘水的最佳饮用模式

(1)富氢低氘水的最佳饮用量和饮用时段

饮用量:男性1.5~3 L/天,女性1~2 L/天。

饮用时段:清晨起床后喝500 mL,促进肠胃蠕动,增进食欲,有助于排除体内各部位积存的废物,防止便秘;下午两三点钟喝500 mL,此时体内最缺水分,便于排尿,最易吸收,有提神效果;晚上睡觉前喝500 mL,可使血液在睡眠过程中充满水分,防止因大量代谢废物累积而产生毒性。

(2)与微高压氧舱治疗的结合

在进舱前10 分钟喝300 mL(因为在微高压氧舱中富氢低氘水代谢加快,建议饮用300 mL 以下),出舱后饮700 mL。
