Maj.Zhang:Now I’d like to give the floor to Col.Yan to brief you on China’s contribution to UNPCRS first.
Col.Yan:Welcome，Maj.Brown！China has prepared 8000-strength troops for UNPCRS，which comprise 28 companies in total，such as engineer，transport，medical，helicopter，infantry，etc.
Maj.Brown:Are they trained together or not，Sir？
Col.Yan:No！They are organized in respective theatres，but all of them must go through training in the theatre training center and the national peacekeeping training center where we are now.
Maj.Brown:Is it a homogeneous unit or formed with personnel from multiple units，Sir？
Col.Yan:It is based on a homogeneous unit，but it is enhanced with some professional officers from multiple units.
Maj.Brown:That’s a good option.Sir，has the unit been trained in joint operations together with other units/other services？
Col.Yan:Yes，it is a must at this center.
Maj.Brown:Is the unit leadership familiar with the respective UN Military Unit Manual，Sir？
Col.Yan:Yes.All COs of these troops will finish their training of trainers first by this center and then organize and supervise the training of their soldiers according to the contingent manuals.
