118.四项“适合”。fit，proper，suitable，appropriate
（1）fit：配合；适合；合身。指具有适合于某个目的、某种工作或某种用途等必需的品质或条件。如：
The dress is not fit to wear.
这礼服不适合穿。
（2）proper：适当的。往往侧重于符合某个标准或习惯。如：
Fill in the blanks with proper words.
用适当的词填空。
（3）suitable：适当的；相配的。指具有适合于某种特定场合、地位或情况等的品质。如：
The shoes are suitable to travel.
这鞋适用于旅行。(https://www.daowen.com)
（4）appropriate：适当的；恰当的；合适的。指专门适合于某人或某事，语气较重，强调“恰如其分”，比fit和suitable有更强的正面意义。如：
What he said is appropriate.
他说的话恰如其分。
还有，match...with指两个东西搭配在一起时比较合适。如：
This chain matches with your watch well.
这个表链与手表非常搭配。
