Trichoderma pseudokoningii Rifai mutants EA3-867 and N2-78 were obtained from the wild strains 1096 and Mo3，in a series of mutational steps（see Figure 1）.［1］Stock cultures were maintained on yeast extract-peptone agar（0.1%yeast extract，0.2%peptone，2%cellulose powder，2%agar）or potato agar（20%potato extract，2%cellulose powder，2%agar）and grown at 30℃for 4—5 days.
