The glycerol medium was used to produce mycelium in the induction study.[10]The medium consists of(%):glycerol,0.6;(NH4)2SO4,0.14;KH2PO4,0.2;urea,0.03;MgSO4·7H2 O,0.03;CaCl2,0.03;peptone,0.1;micro elements(ppm):FeSO4·7H2O,7;MnSO2·H2O,1.56;ZnCl2,1.67;CoCl2,2;pH=5.3.In an experiment designed to study cellulase induction,a variety of carbon sources were substituted for glycerol.1 ml of spore suspension(106)of Trichoderma was inoculated on 100 ml glycerol medium, and cultured in a reciprocating shaking bath(108 strokes per min)at 30℃for 48 h.Then, the mycelium was harvested on a filter paper by suction filtration and washed with 200 ml 0.01 M phosphate buffer(pH=5.0).(https://www.daowen.com)
