泼尼松 Prednisone

醋酸泼尼松片说明书【适应证】主要用于过敏性与自身免疫性炎症性疾病。适用于结缔组织病、系统性红斑狼疮、严重支气管哮喘、皮肌炎、血管炎等过敏性疾病，以及急性白血病、恶性淋巴瘤及适用其他肾上腺皮质激素类药物的病症等。
醋酸泼尼松片超药品说明书【适应证】用法：
1.用于复发性自然流产。有研究［1］显示：泼尼松5 mg／d，口服，联合阿司匹林与复合维生素片治疗不明原因的复发性自然流产患者，能显著提高妊娠成功率，获得一个良好的妊娠结局。另有报道［2］对于复发性流产患者，泼尼松联合阿司匹林观察组治疗有效率为75%，显著优于使用常规保胎药物（固肾安胎丸、黄体酮等）对照组（治疗有效率57.7%），临床成效显著。
Tempfer等［3］研究中得出结论，对于特发性习惯性流产患者，泼尼松联合阿司匹林与叶酸治疗，能提高活产率；Fawzy等［4］的RCT表明联合低剂量、短疗程的泼尼松、孕酮和阿司匹林，能获得一个良好的妊娠结局。
2.用于抑制胚胎着床过程中的免疫排斥反应，辅助提高着床率。临床研究［5－11］结果显示，泼尼松或泼尼松龙（5～10 mg，每日1次，口服）联合静脉滴注免疫球蛋白或口服小剂量阿司匹林，可以提高自身免疫抗体（ACA）阳性患者在采用辅助生殖技术过程中的着床率、临床妊娠率和（或）活产率，从而提高辅助生殖的成功率。
