8.1.2 Technical Conditions and Facilities of Live ...
The technical conditions of live working tools and instruments warehouse mainly include the temperature,humidity and ventilation conditions.The corresponding heating,dehumidification and ventilation equipment shall be installed within the warehouse,so as to ensure that the storage conditions of the tools and instruments for live working will be satisfied.
1.Humidity Requirements
The relative humidity of the air in the warehouse shall be no more than 60%.In order to ensure the reliability of the humidity measurement,two humidity transducers are required to be installed in each room.The design of tools warehouse shall conform to the requirements of GB/T18037-2008 Technical Requirements and Design Guide for Live Working Tools.
2.Temperature Requirement
The live working tools and protection tools shall be stored by zones as per the type of tools,and each storage zone may have the variable temperature requirements.For the storage zone for the hard insulating tools,soft insulating tools,testing tools,and shielding tools,the temperature shall be controlled within the range of 5~40°C.For the storage zone of the distribution and live working insulating shielding tools and insulating protection tools,the temperature shall be controlled within the range of 10~21°C.
In addition,considering the great indoor and outdoor temperature difference in winter in Northern China,the condensation problems will easily occur upon the warehouse-in.In such region,the warehouse temperature shall be adjusted and controlled within a certain scope as per the variation of environmental temperature.If it is hard to adjust the overall temperature of the warehouse,the tools may be firstly and temporarily stored in the temperature-adjustable preparation room before their warehouse-in.Then,after the condensation does not occur,please deliver it to the warehouse and store there.
In order to ensure the reliability of temperature measurement,two temperature transducers are required to be installed in each room of the warehouse.In order to compare the indoor and outdoor temperature difference,a temperature transducer shall be installed outdoor for the control system of the whole warehouse.
3.Dehumidification Facility
The dehumidification facility shall be equipped in the warehouse.The dehumidification amount shall be selected as per the volume of warehouse,which is generally selected and allocated as per the proportion of 0.05~0.2L/(d·m³).In Northern China,it may be selected and allocated as per the proportion of 0.05~0.15L/(d·m³).In Southern China,it may be selected and allocated as per the proportion of 0.13~0.2L/(d·m³).Among the above regions,for the region with higher relative humidity,the dehumidifier shall be selected and allocated as per the upper limit.
4.Drying&Heating Facility
The drying&heating facility shall be equipped in the warehouse.It is suggested to adopt the hot air circulation heating equipment.Under the condition that the even heating may be assured,the infrared heating equipment,non-luminance heating tube,new-type low-temperature radiant tube,and etc.,may also be adopted.The heating power may be selected either as per the volume of warehouse,or as per the 15~30W/m³based on the local temperature environment.
The heating equipment may be installed in an even and dispersed manner inside the warehouse,while the distance from the heating equipment or hot air port to the surface of tools and instruments shall be no less than 30~50cm.The distance between the installation height of hot air type drying and heating equipment and the ground shall be about 1.5m,while the low-temperature lightless heater may be placed at the height in parallel and level with the ground.The heater of garage shall be installed on top or the height of arm part.The fan inside the heating equipment shall have the delayed stop device.(https://www.daowen.com)
5.Ventilation Facilities
The exhaust equipment shall be equipped in the warehouse.Each room must be provided with two exhaust fans,one for air intake and the other for exhaust,which will circulate the air.For the air exhaust amount,the exhaust fan may be selected as per the parameter of 1~2m³/h/m2.The top suction type exhaust fan shall be installed on the drop ceiling,while the axial exhaust fan shall be installed on the wall surface with the clear height of 2/3~4/5 of the wall height inside the warehouse.The air outlet shall set the window shades or woven wire window,while the air inlet shall sets the filter screen to prevent the birds,snakes,rats and other small animals from entering into the warehouse.
6.Alarming Facility
The temperature over-limit protection facility,smoke alarm,outdoor alarm,anti-theft alarm and other alarming facilities.When the warehouse temperature exceeds 50°C,the temperature over-limit protection facility shall be able to automatically cut off the heating power source and start the outdoor alarm.Meanwhile,the temperature over-limit protection facility is also required to be normally started in case of the failure of control system.When the smoke occurs to the warehouse,the smoke alarm and outdoor alarm shall be able to automatically give out the alarm.When the non-registered staff open the gate of warehouse,the anti-theft alarm will be started.
7.Comprehensive Allocation and Selection of Warehouse Facility
Upon the comprehensive allocation and selection of dehumidification,drying&heating and ventilation facilities,it is mainly determined based on whether the temperature,humidity and control requirements are satisfied.
8.Garage for Aerial Devices with Insulating Arm
With regard to the garage for aerial devices with insulating booms,the requirements for ventilation,dehumidification and drying facilities shall be the same as the requirements for live working tools garage.The garage heater is generally installed at the location where it is easier to dry the arm or the top,and the heater is not required at the lower part.
