For the live working warehouse with much higher automation conditions,the monitoring system consisting of the sensing device,monitoring instrument,control device,computer,switchgear and etc.,shall implement the realtime monitoring upon each parameter of the warehouse as per the setting requirements.The humidity and temperature regulation and control system of the tools warehouse,shall automatically start the heating,dehumidification and ventilation facilities as per the monitoring parameters,so as to realize the regulation and control of warehouse humidity and temperature.When the regulation and control fails and exceeds the specified value,the alarming and display shall be provided.
1.Functional Requirements
In order to ensure that the temperature and humidity environment of the tools warehouse may conform to the use requirements,it is required to set the special temperature and humidity measurement and control system.The temperature and humidity measurement and control system shall have the humidity measurement and control,temperature measurement and control,warehouse temperature and humidity setting,over-limit alarm and automatic record of warehouse temperature and humidity,display,search,report printing and other functions,and support the remote regulation and control and the search of historic records.
2.Monitoring Requirements
The monitoring system consisting of the transducer,measuring equipment,control panel cabinet and the attachments,and etc.,shall implement the real-time monitoring upon the warehouse temperature and humidity,and further record and store them.
3.Regulation and Control Requirements
The humidity and temperature regulation and control system of the tools warehouse,shall automatically start the heating,dehumidification and ventilation facilities as per the monitoring parameters,so as to realize the regulation and control upon the humidity and temperature of the warehouse.When the regulation and control becomes invalid,and exceeds the specified value,the alarm and display may be provided.When the warehouse temperature exceeds the limit,the temperature over-limit protection device shall automatically cut off the heating power source.
In order to effectively ensure the safe and effective operation of the measurement and control system,the control system shall set the automatic reset device.This will ensure that the measurement and control system will immediately carry out the automatic reset due to the failure resulted from the external interference,so as to further restore the normal operation.
In order to ensure that the dehumidification device and heating device may still be put into use under the condition that the measurement and control system completely becomes invalid or is under maintenance,it is required to set the manual/automatic shift switch and the corresponding manual switch on the control panel cabinet.
4.Element and Equipment Requirements
The technical performance and indicators of the equipment,devices and components inside the warehouse shall conform to the requirements of relevant equipment and element standards,so as to ensure the stable,reliable and safe operation of measurement and control system.

The measurement and control system shall be able to store the one-year temperature and humidity data of the warehouse,has the report display,curve display,report printing and other functions of the warehouse temperature and humidity data at any time around the clock,and carry out the real-time monitoring and recording of the warehouse working status.
6.Remote Monitoring Requirements
The warehouse and garage shall have the remote video surveillance function.The measurement and control system shall have the Web release function,which is required to be connected with the enterprise LAN,so as to realize the remote information sharing and hierarchical management,warehouse temperature and humidity parameter setting and other functions,and realize the remote monitoring upon the warehouse environmental temperature and humidity variation conditions,and the remote management of tools and instruments,and etc.
7.Technical Performance Requirements of the Main Measurement and Control Elements
(1)Temperature measurement and control indicators:scope:-10°C~80°C,precision:±2°C.
(2)Humidity measurement and control indicators:scope:30%~95%R.H.,precision:±5%.
(3)Temperature sensor indicator:range:-40°C~80°C,with the precision of±0.5°C under the scope of-10°C~85°C.
(4)Humidity sensor indicator:range:0%~100%R.H.,with the precision of±3%under the scope of 10%~95%R.H.
