Huizhou Cate

▼臭鳜鱼：安徽省徽州地区传统名菜，徽州菜代表之一，流行于徽州一府六县各地。
Chou Guiyu（a special freshwater fish）：It is a traditional dish in Huizhou，Anhui Province. It is one of the representatives of Huizhou cuisine and is popular in the six counties of Huizhou.

▼黄山毛峰：中国十大名茶之一，属于绿茶。产于安徽省黄山（徽州）一带，所以又称徽茶。由清代光绪年间谢裕大茶庄所创制。
Huangshan Maofeng：It is One of China’s top ten famous teas，belonging to green tea. Produced in the Huangshan（Huizhou）area of Anhui Province，it is also known as Huicha. Created by Xieyu tea merchant in the Guangxu Period of the Qing Dynasty.

▲黄山烧饼：属于特色传统小吃。刚出炉的黄山烧饼色泽金黄，吃起来酥脆爽口，油而不腻，令人回味无穷。
Huangshan Biscuits：It is a traditional snack. The freshly baked Huangshan biscuits are golden in color，crispy and refreshing to eat，oily but not greasy.

▲毛豆腐：上好的毛豆腐生有一层浓密纯净的白毛，上面均匀分布有一些黑色颗粒，这是孢子，也是毛豆腐成熟的标志。毛豆腐是安徽驰名中外的素食佳肴，一般叫黄山毛豆腐或者徽州毛豆腐。

▶五城豆腐干：口感筋道，自古有名，隆盛于清代。清代乾隆皇帝游江南时，吃了江南官员进贡的五城豆干，赞不绝口，叹为“江南一绝”。
