结 论
人工智能技术发展势如破竹,未来的自主武器系统必将在更多功能上实现自主性。对自主武器系统的定义问题的探讨也应随着技术的进步和相关理论的完善而不断深入。然而,下定义的目的是表达对事物本质的认识与态度,即在禁止、放任与限制之间实现选择或平衡。自主武器系统的定义问题亦是如此,关键功能的自主性程度和人机关系是整个定义须关注的焦点。本文立足于国际人道主义法,对自主武器系统的定义现状、定义标准及法律性质进行了解析、评价与重构。然而,如何实现自主武器系统定义的准确性与统一性,需要国际社会及有关学者不断研究与探讨,在争鸣中实现共鸣。
