对汇票的要求

在信用证项下，如使用汇票，要明确汇票的出票人、受票人、受款人、汇票金额、主要条款等内容。UCP600第6条c款规定：“信用证不得开成凭以申请人为付款人的汇票兑用。”

信用证中对汇票通常是这样规定的：“We hereby open our irrevocable letter of credit in your favor which is available by your drafts at sight drawn on us for full invoice value accompanied by the following documents.”（我行兹开出以你方为受益人的不可撤销信用证，本证凭你方按发票金额全额开出的以我行为受票人的即期汇票付款）。(https://www.daowen.com)
