【对多囊卵巢综合征患者的总体饮食建议】
尽管PCOS女性患者肥胖患病率较高,但研究发现相当大比例的患者BMI正常。无论患者雄激素和肥胖水平如何,这些女性的血清胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗水平均有不同程度的升高。针对PCOS患者的一线治疗是肥胖女性应争取减少体重5%~10%,BMI正常或者体形偏瘦的患者,建议维持体重。由于胰岛素抵抗、血脂异常和高雄激素血症可能是由脂质诱导的促炎状态引发的,因此健康饮食模式对这些患者至关重要。如前所述,现阶段已经研究了各种饮食方案来治疗PCOS,但具体饮食处方的制定必须在全面评估患者健康水平的情况下开展,并根据患者的病情变化动态调整。
