2.2 Repeat sequences in the genome
Five softwares were used to find transposons and TRF(Tandem Repeat Finder)was used to identify the tandem repeat sequences. In total,we identified 2,025,242bp repeat sequences, comprising 5.07%of the genome. No large scale dispersed segmental duplication was observed.Of the assembled genome, tandem repeat sequences comprised 0.57% and transposable elements(TE)were about 4.6%.Among the TEs,long terminal repeats(LTR)and non-LTR transposons comprised 1.43% and 3.17%of the genome, respectively.Among the non-LTR transposons,DNA transposons(classⅡtransposons)comprised 0.52% of the genome. The elements of DNA transposons mainly fell into four classes:Activator(h AT),Enhancer(En/spm),Harbinger and Mariner(Tc1).(https://www.daowen.com)
