As abundant putative genes involved incarbohydrate metabolites and xenobiotics biodegradation in our KEGG analysis，annotations of CAZymes(http：//www.cazy.org/)［25］and FOLymes(http：//foly.esil.univ-mrs.fr/)［17］were performed using BLASTP analyisis(e-value＜1e—10)in G.lucidum and other fungi against libraries of CAZy and FOLy database.For better analysis of wood degradation，we selected some agaricomycotina good at wood degradation(P.chrysosporium，P.ostreatus)and some poor at(C.cinerea and L.bicolor).
