After exposed to cytokines for 48h，β-cell showed increase of Bax，Fas and Caspase-3 gene expression up to 1.39，1.20 and 2.18 fold respectively compared to control group.Meanwhile，Bcl-2 gene relative expression level decreased to 0.64.Rg1 downregulated Bax and Fas gene expression，nevertheless，Rb1 reduced Bax and Caspase-3 gene expression but not Fas gene expression(Figure 5).
