As shown in Figure 3，the relative expression levels of i NOS and NO production induced by high glucose were increased to 2.14 and 2.05 fold respectively，compared to control group.The two values were greatly reduced under treatment of ginsenosides.Moreover，similar result was observed in the cytokines-induced apoptotic cells.
