利安娜·普雷斯顿，一位优秀的动画前期编剧，所涉猎的领域不仅是动画，还有综艺、影视剧和网络动画短片。在儿童题材动画创作方面拥有超过10年的实战经验，她参与过现场拍摄、动画、跨媒体、电视、电影等内容的制作，深谙商业市场和独立市场的内容创作。利安娜·普雷斯顿还是一位作家，曾供职于Nickelodeon、Red Kite Animation（红风筝动画），并于2012年创立了Bright Box Creative（亮盒创意）并担任创意导演。

Leanne Preston is an excellent animation script writer in fields of animation, entertainment, filming, TV series and online animation video. Especially she’s experienced in creating children’s animation.Over the past ten years, she has been involved in video shooting, animation making, multi-media, TV, filming.She is also specialized in content creation for business market and independent market.As a writer, she worked for Nickelodeon and Red Kite Animation.In 2012, she founded Bright Box Creative and served as creative director.
课程介绍
动画专业负责人贡建英老师认为动画专业学生讲故事的能力相对较弱，是动画专业学生的短板，一直想通过引进老师来增强学生讲故事的能力，弥补他们的短板。
“动画短片剧本创作”是针对毕业班编故事能力不足而专门开设的工作坊课程，教学内容为动画短片剧本创作所必须的基础技能和思路。
早在2018年学期期末，许多学生的剧本已经设计好了故事大纲，大多数学生的故事主线已经完整，利安娜·普雷斯顿原本要详解写剧本的方法技巧，后来改为学生先分享自己的毕设剧本，再根据每个学生的不同情况进行一对一指导。
在课上，利安娜·普雷斯顿给了学生一种全新的思路，是一种用新奇和有趣来填补时间不够的动画创作方式。给学生们带来新的知识，新的理念，新的观念，新的视角；使学生们的毕设剧本质量有了很大提高，故事更具戏剧性，更有动画性，艺术水平更高。
COURSE OUTLINE
Gong Jianying, head of animation program, wishes to invite guest speaker to help promote students’story-telling skills, she believes that SIVA animation students need to improve these skills urgently.
The aim of‘Cartoon Scriptwriting’Workshop is to equip graduates with basic skills and to improve their story-telling abilities.
By the end of last semester, 2018, students had drafted their outline of story.Leanne offered one-to-one tutorial on how to revise their scripts.On the workshop, Leanne inspired students with original and interesting method of creating animation, brought brand-new idea and viewpoints.Students has benefited a lot from the workshop, as a result they presented more dramatic and artistic stories.
