7.1.3.1　Issue a bill of lading签发提单

A B/L should be issued by the carrier or its agent once the goods have been loaded on board the ship.The on-board date is normally regarded as the date of issue.In practice,generally 2 or 3 originals are issued.Only the originals can be used for taking delivery,and when any one original is used for taking delivery,all the other originals cease to be effective.
