AIT与甲状腺癌
近期许多文献报告,甲状腺癌的甲状腺组织存在大量淋巴细胞浸润,特别是在乳头状甲状腺癌(PTC)。多数文献认为这是宿主的主动免疫反应,是肿瘤预后良好的独立因素。队列研究显示这个现象与PTC的腺外转移和淋巴结转移低发生率显著相关。
