原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症
手术指征同散发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症,对明显增大的甲状旁腺应该被切除。如果4 个腺体均增大,应该次全切除甲状旁腺,即在原位部分保留一个带有血管蒂腺体,或者甲状旁腺全切同时将一个腺体部分异位移植。手术无法治愈或无法耐受手术的患者,可使用钙敏感受体促进剂如西那卡塞(Cinacalcet)。
