十五、预后

甲状腺激素变化的幅度和NTIS患者的预后密切相关。T3、T4、TSH水平越低,rT3水平越高,患者的预后越差。低T4可作为预测疾病及预后的指标,T4<38.7nmol/L的患者病死率达68%~84%,多数重度低T4综合征者于2周内死亡(70%),若T4<25.8nmol/L,1个月内全部死亡。
