7.13　Communication

7.13.1　An in-plant communication facility shall be installed in the hydropower station.The operation dispatching communication and the administrative communication may share one dispatching switchboard.For cascade hydropower stations，a dispatching switchboard may be set up in the control center of the cascade，while voice communication is realized by using the remote user modules at the hydropower stations.For external communications，an application may be proposed to the local communication authority for the use of a relay line.

7.13.2　The capacity of dispatching switchboard may be designed within a range of 60-200 ports according to the installed capacity and automatic control mode of the hydropower station.(https://www.daowen.com)

7.13.3　An exclusive-48V power source shall be used for communication equipment，and the capacity of storage battery shall meet the requirement for 8h power supply.
