6.1　Introduction

This chapter mainly proposes five specific types of cognitive translation strategies of image-G actualization and explores cognitive motivation and theoretical basis of each type.It consists of seven sections.Section 6.2—Section 6.6 give a detailed analysis of cognitive motivation and theoretical basis of image-G preservation,reinforcement,restructuring,accretion and modulation strategies respectively.More importantly,based on image-G construction examples of each category of corresponding relations illustrated in Chapter 5,case studies are provided to effectively exemplify how these proposed cognitive translation strategies operate and take effect on image-G actualization of specific corresponding relations in translators'practical translation of classical Chinese poetry.(https://www.daowen.com)
