7.1　Introduction

This chapter provides the appraisal of cognitive translation strategies proposed in last chapter,with the detailed analysis of the realization degree of image-G actualization in three translated versions of“Jiangxue”.Section 7.2 starts by giving a detailed description and comprehensive clarification of images and image-G embodied in the classical Chinese poem“Jiangxue”.Then Section 7.3 probes into the specific cognitive translation strategies of image-G actualization adopted by three translators in their widely accepted translated versions of the poem.Besides,it also makes a contrastive assessment of the realization degree of images and image-G resulting from the employment of translation strategies in these three versions.At last,Section 7.4 summarizes the findings.(https://www.daowen.com)
