四、清代
(一)《茶史》(1669年)
清代刘源长所辑之茶学著作,写于康熙八年(1669年)前后,1675年刘源长儿子刘谦吉刻本。其卷一载:
“云南普洱茶,真奇品者也,人亦不易得。”
该条对普洱茶给予了高度评价,“真奇品”说明普洱茶品质之优远超其他茶品;“不易得”道出普洱茶在当时的珍贵程度及流通尚未普遍的情况。
(二)《元江府志》(1714年)
章履成著,其中首次记载:
“普洱茶,出普洱山,性温味香,异于他产。”
这条史料点明了产地,并说明因该茶出在普洱山而得名普洱茶。
(三)《云南通志》(雍正年间成书)
鄂尔泰著,卷三“攸乐县”条下载:
“六茶山,曰攸乐,即今同知治所;其东北二百二十里曰莽芝;二百六十里曰革登;三百四十里曰蛮砖;三百六十五里曰倚邦;五百二十里曰漫撒。山势连属,复岭层峦,皆多茶树。”
The book makes a comprehensive record of Yunnan’s politics, economy, culture and other spheres.The author gives a brief overview of Yunnan tea, pointing out that“ there is no tea in Yunnan not due to absence of local tea produces ”, but because“local people don’t know how to pick, process and cook tea, so there is no quality tea ”, which shows that the processing,manufacturing and cooking of Pu’er tea at that time were still in the infancy.“Pu tea”was mentioned for the first time and pointed out its production process of“being steamed into balls”.
(III)Physical Knowledge (in 1643)
It was written by Fang Yizhi in the late Ming Dynasty, and it is recorded that:
“Pu’er tea is steamed into balls, and it is the best product for trading on the market”.
“Pu’er tea”was recorded for the first time in history.
