护士：您在术前需要排空大小便。避免伤口出血，术后需要平卧，术肢制动6小时，12小时后可以下床活动。
N：You need to empty your bowel and bladder before the procedure.After the procedure you have to lie on your back and stay in the bed for 12 hours.During this period，we have to limit your limbs movement for 6 hours to avoid bleeding.
