护士：没有什么不舒服的话，您明天早上就可以下床活动了，要多喝水，多走动，预防下肢静脉血栓形成。
N：You may get off your bed tomorrow morning.In fact，we encourage our patients to do more walking and drink more water to reduce the risk of venous thrombus in the lower limbs.
患者：好的，那我能吃点什么呢？
P：Fine，what kind of food may I eat？
护士：您可以吃一些稀饭、面条、馄饨、蒸蛋等易消化的食物，以及富含纤维素的蔬菜、水果等，以保证大便通畅。如发生便秘，请及时告知医生。
N：Any healthy food you may like.But we recommend some balanced and easily digestible food like porridge，noodles，wonton，steamed eggs and some fresh fruits and vegetables with rich fibers.Some patients mayhave the problem of constipation，if it happens，please tell the doctor in time.

护士：术后您的免疫力会有所下降，要注意保暖，保证充足的睡眠，不要着凉、感冒。
N：Your immunity will be influenced.Make sure you have enough sleep and keep warm to prevent a cold.

N：Having a fever is a common symptom after the surgery.We don't treat it if the temperature is under 38.5℃.Just drink more water.But if it's above 38.5℃，please inform the doctor.
患者：好的。我什么时候可以洗澡？
P：OK，when can I take a shower？
护士：术后第2天就可以洗澡了。
N：The next day after the operation.
患者：知道了，那我回家要注意什么呢？
P：Good，what should I pay attention to when I am at home？
护士：您需要保持乐观情绪，建立积极的生活方式，避免剧烈运动，注意全面摄入营养，戒烟、戒酒。
N：We advise our patients to have an optimistic life attitude，and have a good life style such as moderate excises and healthy diets and avoid the alcohol and smoking.

护士：请出院后定期随访肝功能、血常规、CT等检查，按医生的要求定时服用药物。
