N：Hello，Zhang Dan.Tomorrow you're going to have a liver biopsy.Now I'll tell you some details about it.
患者：好的。
P：Good.
护士：肝穿刺活检是在B超、CT引导下进行穿刺，从而获取病理资料。手术前需要禁食4小时，手术回来2小时后可进软食，禁食辛辣刺激、生冷的食物，需要平卧6～8小时。手术回来后会有轻微疼痛、出汗。如果疼痛加剧或有其他的不适，及时告知我们，我们会给您及时处理的。
N：The liver biopsy is performed with a puncture needle guided by ultrasound or CT to obtain pathological sample.Before the surgery you need to fast for 4 hours，and you may eat some soft foods 2 hours after the surgery，but do not eat spicy or cold foods.You should stay in bed for 6～8 hours after the surgery.You will feel slight pain or sweat.If the pain worsens or other discomfort occurs，just tell us timely.We'll take care of it in time.

N：The surgery is performed under local anesthesia，and the wound size is only as small as a pinpoint，so you do not have to be so nervous.When you come back，we will continue to observe whether your wound is bleeding or has discharge.Take it easy.

N：You need to hold your breath during the biopsy because breathing or coughing can lead to deviation of the biopsy needle from the lesion.It may cause unwanted consequences.For now，you need to relax and have a good night's sleep.
患者：我会积极配合医生的，病理报告大概需要多长时间？
P：I'll try my best to cooperate with the doctor.How long will I have my pathology result？
护士：最快需要7天。
N：At least 7 days.
患者：要一周这么久！我能先出院吗？
P：A week is too long for me.Can I be discharged beforeI get the pathology result？
