N：Medical research hasshown that each cigarette releases more than 4 000 chemicals and billions of particles，which contain nicotine，carbon monoxide，tar，ammonia，benzene and other 69 carcinogens.

护士：而二手烟对他人伤害更大。避免这种伤害唯一的办法就是戒烟。

N：First of all，you have to build up confidence.Then，give yourself some time.You have been smoking for decades and to quite it is not easy.You may have someunconscious symptoms when you stop smoking at the beginning.You need to divert your attention to other things if anxiety，dry mouth or headache occurs.For example，take a hot shower，drink fruit juice or do more exercises.You can reduce your cigarettes use，so that you will smoke less and less gradually，and eventually you may not want to smoke at all.

护士：适当体育锻炼可改善心、肺、胃肠道、神经系统功能，还可以消除悲观情绪。您回家以后，如果身体完全恢复了，可以适当做一些轻松的家务或一些体育锻炼，如散步、打太极拳等，但应以自己不感到疲劳为度。平时要避免用力、屏气等动作，以免因腹腔压力的变化导致肝癌破裂出血。
N：Proper physical exercises can not only improve the function of your heart，lung，gastrointestinal and nervous system，but also help you overcome pessimism.If you are in good condition，you can do some light housework or physical exercises like walking，tai-chi，and so on when you return home，but don't make yourself feel tired.Avoid exerting too much strength or holding breath，which may lead to sudden changes of intra-abdominal pressure，and cause rupture and bleeding of liver cancer.

N：Good.You are going to do an enhanced MRI，therefore we will give you contrast medium.You can't eat anything 4 hours before the examination.Few people will have contrast agent allergies.In that case，vomiting and other symptoms may occur.Vomiting during the procedure may easily cause suffocation.
