护士：肠镜检查前三天需控制饮食：第一天是半流质、少渣饮食；第二天是流质；最后一天需要禁食。

患者：好的，谢谢护士。那我检查前需要准备些什么呢？
P：All right，thank you.Is there anything that I need to do before the check？
护士：在检查前4～5小时，50克硫酸镁粉加温开水100 ml口服，也可将硫酸镁混入饮料后口服，然后缓慢饮用白开水，以不感到明显腹胀为标准。此后1小时内口服温开水2 000～2 500 ml。服药后会出现腹泻，我们会观察您大便的情况，直到大便为清水样无粪渣才可做肠镜检查。如果出现恶心、呕吐等不适症状，需告诉我们，我们会给您清洁灌肠的。(https://www.daowen.com)
N：You need to take orally 50 g of magnesium sulfate powder with 100 ml warm water 4 to 5 hours before the check，or mix it with a drink，then slowly drink some warm water as long as you don't feel bloated.After that，drink 2 000～2 500 ml warm water in 1 hour.You will have diarrhea for several times after taking the medicine.We will keep observing your stool.Only when it appears clearly watery with no fecal residue can you do the colonoscopy.If you have nausea，vomiting and other symptoms，just tell us，we will give you an cleansing enema.
患者：一般排几次才能干净？
P：How many times does it normally take to make my bowel empty？
护士：一般半小时左右开始排便，连泻5～7次即可基本排清大肠内粪便。
N：Defecation begins in about half an hour，and you'll need 5～7 times to fully evacuate the feces inside your bowel.
患者：如果我在检查过程中疼痛难忍怎么办？
P：What should I do if I feel pain during the check？
护士：如果您在检查过程中腹痛难忍，请及时告诉操作医生，医生会给您处理的。
N：If you can't tolerate the abdominal pain during the examination，please inform the operating doctor immediately and the doctor will handle the situation in time.
患者：那我做完检查后什么时候可以吃东西呢？
P：When can I eat after the examination？
护士：做完肠镜后如无不适，2小时后可进食。饮食也要根据医嘱来定。有活组织病理检查或息肉摘除治疗的，当天晚上禁食，根据您的情况，给予补液治疗。检查后可能有少量的大便带血，一般情况不须特殊处理，但如果出血较多，请及时告知我们，我们会给您处理的。
N：You can eat 2 hours after the colonoscopy if you don't have any discomfort.Your diets should also be based on the doctor's advice.If biopsy or polypectomy is required，you will have to fast at night.According to your situation，we will give you a rehydration treatment.After the examination，mild blood stool may occur.It does not need special treatment in general.But if the symptom is severe，please inform us promptly，and we will deal with it in time.
