五、治疗

（一）一般治疗

一般不需治疗。多数作者认为可按急性或慢性苔藓样糠疹来治疗。

有报道，四环素，高效皮质类固醇激素，光化学疗法（photochemotherapy，PUVA）或氨甲蝶呤（methotrexate，MTX）可用于全身治疗而有一定疗效。有人采用免疫增强剂如左旋咪唑（levamisole）治疗，是否可增强免疫功能以达到疗效，值得进一步探讨。有文献报道，可局部应用卡莫司汀（卡氮芥）（carmustine）治疗本病。

（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议

对症处理，预防继发感染。
