五、治疗
（一）一般治疗
本病主要表现为釉质异常，所以治疗原则是预防以及阻止患者牙体组织的缺损，对于已缺损的牙体组织或已缺失的牙进行修复治疗，从而达到恢复美观和重建功能的目的。
（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
因为病因尚不明确，且基因突变无法逆转，所以目前的治疗方法主要是对症治疗，主要有复合树脂粘结修复技术、嵌体、固定义齿、覆盖义齿等。本病涉及的牙数可能很多，所以对于全口大多数甚至所有牙出现症状的患者，不应该只是把每颗牙单独进行修复，而应考虑进行全口咬合重建。术前应该先评估全口牙情况，制定完善的治疗计划，在此基础上再进行牙体、牙周以及外科治疗，最后进行全牙列的修复，以恢复其美观和功能，拥有稳定的咬合关系。
