五、治疗

（一）一般治疗

Cohen综合征无法治愈，治疗的重点是改善或缓解患者的症状。一旦诊断为Cohen综合征，要进行眼部和血液检查，并给予相应的治疗及随访。

（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议

患者由于颌面部发育畸形且上切牙突出，可能存在气道开放异常。在手术麻醉期间可能需要谨慎利用气道开放设备，必要时建立外科呼吸道。
