五、治疗
（一）一般治疗
1.手术治疗
心脏畸形是DGS最严重且威胁生命的表现，尽早干预、积极治疗。
2.低钙血症的治疗
低钙血症的纠正可以选择钙制剂，配合维生素D和低磷饮食，如若发生低钙惊厥，需要立即使用药物止惊及静脉注射离子钙。
3.感染的预防和治疗
如有严重免疫缺陷，可用抗生素预防感染，也可考虑输注静脉注射人血丙种球蛋白。
4.免疫重建
对完全型DGS患者则应早期积极进行MHC配型骨髓移植或胸腺移植。(https://www.daowen.com)
（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
针对患儿的口腔念珠菌感染，可采用2%的碳酸氢钠溶液进行清洗、含漱，对进入患儿口腔的物品，可用本药浸泡、洗涤，以免交叉感染或重复感染。还可采用抗真菌药物，如制霉菌素甘油糊剂局部涂抹口腔损害，阻止念珠菌的生长繁殖。
