五、治疗
（一）一般治疗
最重要的治疗手段是治疗潜在的恶性肿瘤，潜在恶性肿瘤切除后皮疹能缓解。
（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
肿瘤无法切除和治疗时，可口服维A酸药物；另外补骨脂素联合长波紫外线照射治疗、外用水杨酸、糖皮质激素治疗都有报道。
治疗上切除肿瘤后一般可使皮损消退，如若癌肿在原位复发或转移到头颈和纵隔淋巴结时，皮疹可再度出现，但如转移到其他部位时则皮疹不再复发。局部使用皮质类固醇制剂或角质剥离剂可使皮损获暂时改善，每天口服阿维A酯30～40 mg或阿维A 25 mg也可使皮损好转。
