五、治疗
（一）一般治疗
局灶性真皮发育不良以对症治疗为主，目的在于提高患者生活质量。
对可能引起感染的皮肤症状进行治疗，对可能引起严重胃食管疾病的咽喉、气管、食管巨大乳头瘤样损害进行手术治疗，对影响功能的并指（趾）、缺指（趾）进行功能训练及物理治疗，对截断面缺陷的患者进行假体移植等，并定期随访。
（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
骨骼畸形可整形外科处理，冷冻治疗和激光治疗可使乳头状瘤样损害和色素改变等得到改善。同时，加强口腔卫生管理有助于改善龋齿。
