五、治疗

（一）一般治疗

Klinefelter综合征是一种染色体异常疾病，目前没有有效的治疗方法。所以目前只能建议Klinefelter综合征患者尽早诊断，在染色体分析确诊后，于青春期用雄激素替代治疗，以维持男性表型，改善患者心理，提高患者的生活质量。如果患者发现早，提前储备精子，那么大大增加拥有自己后代的概率。

（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议

牛牙症发生龋病，牙髓病或根尖周病进行相应的充填或根管治疗和修复。
