五、治疗

（一）一般治疗

该综合征目前治疗重点是改善其成人期的最终身高，促进第二性征发育，同时关注并保证患儿心理健康发育。

1.早期确诊，常规使用重组人生长激素，若其骨龄明显落后实际年龄，可合并使用司坦唑醇口服，效果更好。

2.定期检测甲状腺功能，检测骨龄发育情况，当骨龄≥12岁时，酌情给予口服小剂量雌激素并根据临床疗效逐步调整用量，以促进乳房、外生殖器的发育。

（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议

口腔颌面部异常表现早期诊断和早期正畸矫形治疗，必要时外科手术治疗。
