2.精神心理因素在灼口综合征发病机制中的作用。精神治疗药物在治疗灼口综合征的机制。
3.SS相关的HLA异常表达的免疫遗传学研究。SS免疫相关的差异蛋白组学研究。
4.BD的非特异血管炎的免疫形成机制及治疗研究。
5.莱特尔综合征发病机制研究，沙眼衣原体、志贺菌、沙门菌等病原体抗原的免疫学发病机制。
6.副结核分枝杆菌、抗酿酒酵母等条件致病菌在克罗恩病发病机制中的作用。
7.梅-罗综合征、Ascher综合征和克罗恩病等唇部肉芽肿的发病因素及其相互联系的研究。
8.Goltz-Gorlin综合征的PORCN基因突变研究，PORCN基因靶向Wnt信号通路的机制研究，以及Wnt信号通路异常导致胚胎畸形的机制。
