六、典型病例

【例1】某患者，女，28岁。临床诊断：右下肢静脉曲张C1级（毛细血管扩张及网状静脉并存）。根据患者病情及治疗意愿，采用1%聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂2ml液体3个穿刺点注射治疗，术后即刻右下肢网状静脉及毛细血管扩张完全消失，然后采用二级循序减压压力袜压迫治疗2周。术后3个月随访时右下肢静脉曲张无复发。治疗前后对比见图12-5-1。

【例2】某患者，男，42岁。临床诊断：左下肢静脉曲张C2级。采用3%聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗，术后即刻左下肢静脉曲张完全消失，然后采用二级循序减压压力袜压迫治疗2周。术后3个月随访时左下肢静脉曲张无复发。治疗前后比较见图12-5-2。
